Yoga Therapy (योग चिकित्सा)

There are eight limbs namely Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Practicing these parts of yoga improves social and personal conduct, improves physical health due to proper circulation of oxygenated blood in the body, controls the senses and brings peace and purity to the mind.
यम, नियम, आसन, प्राणायाम, प्रत्याहार, धारणा, ध्यान और समाधि नाम के आठ अंग हैं। योग के इन अंगों का अभ्यास करने से सामाजिक और व्यक्तिगत आचरण में सुधार होता है, शरीर में ऑक्सीजन युक्त रक्त के उचित संचलन के कारण शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य में सुधार होता है, इंद्रियों पर नियंत्रण होता है और मन में शांति और पवित्रता आती है।
